In the course of its social responsiblity, Kik supports GSS' aim for better education in Bangladesh in various ways: In cooperation with the German foundation ''help & hope'' it wupports the gss Primary Education Programme.

As from 2009, Kik has taken over entire sponsorship of three primary schools within the GSS Programme. The schools are located in the district of Mirpur, on the outskirts of Dhaka. It being a centre of the readymade garment industry, Kik especially wants to give opportunities to the children of Mirpur. More than 1,000 children will visit the schools sponsored by Kik each year, receiving a high quality education free of charge.
